Cultural Orientation
The Center for Applied Linguistics has developed a curriculum used by voluntary resettlement agencies across the U.S. in their cultural orientation of newly arrived refugees. The name of the curriculum is Making Your Way: A Reception and Placement Orientation. RPO has studied the curriculum and created 60 True or False statements. Our hope is that all who eventually help refugees in their resettlement will reinforce the information which refugees try to learn in their first few days in the US. Test how much you know! Click
